DELIVERY OF GOODS
Do not sign for goods before checking packaging for damage.
If there is any sign of damage to packaging, either, do not accept, or accept but sign for damaged.
If external looks fine, but may be damaged inside, sign for 'damaged'
If you are unsure, sign for 'damaged'.
If the driver refuses to wait while you check goods, write 'driver refused to wait' on POD (proof of delivery)
If you sign without checking you are agreeing that the goods are in good condition and it will be difficult to make a claim.
This is for your protection. If you sign without checking and the goods are damaged, all claims will be rejected by courier company and FCW.

If when we ship your goods no-one is there to accept the delivery, your items will automatically go into holds with the courier company; The courier will attempt delivery 2 times, if after that it is still not delivered the parcel will be returned to the Flightcase Warehouse and there will be another delivery charge to resend.
