How Do I Track My Order?
We use several courier companies to deliver your cases and products
The courier is selected based on size, weight and qty of cases and products leaving us
You will have a consignment number emailed to you on the day of shipping or the morning of delivery (courier pending)
All details required for contacting couriers will be issued in the same email
Please allow 1-2 working days for goods to arrive
Can I Collect My Flight Case?
Yes, You can collect your case / product between the hours of 8am - 5.00pm by arrangement.

What Do I Do If My Case/Product Is Damaged?
If your product is damaged please fill out our returns form which can be found at the bottom of our homepage and we will contact you once we have received this
European & International Shipping Information
EUROPEAN SHIPPING INFORMATION
Flightcase Warehouse offer shipping to Europe and the rest of the world. Rates are calculated through the checkout process when your country is selected. If a price is not visable it will instruct you to 'email for price'. You should do this by contacting email@example.com
Since the united kingdom left the EU. Taxes and duty are now liable for products crossing borders
Flightcase Warehouse will be shipping on DAP terms (Delivered at place). So we will charge you the cost of the delivery to your country. You will be liable for the tax and duty on import. We provide all the commerical documents to allow this to happen and the couriers we use (TNT or UPS) will send the bill to complete this transaction
What Is The Lead Time On My Flightcase?
Our lead times can vary on a monthly basis
Across all our production lines each lead time does vary. This will be indicated to you on your order confirmation at the time of order
You will then receive an email on the day the order goes into manufacturing. You will then receive a further email with your tracking details and the carrier details when the case / product is dispatched
